In 2015, the first premium-class project was launched on the suburban market of Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway - the unique residential complex LEVEL Barvikha Residence. The chief architect of the project is Yuri Grigoryan.

The residential complex will be built in the most prestigious location of Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway - the village of Barvikha, just 7 km from the Moscow Ring Road. The complex meets the strictest criteria of luxury housing and includes three four-story buildings with 80 apartments ranging from 53 to 177 square meters.

"An apartment in the unique complex LEVEL Barvikha Residence can be an alternative to a country house," comments Ekaterina Rumyantseva, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Kalinka Group. "The new project offers European quality to clients who spend two-thirds of their time abroad: in London, Monaco or Switzerland, but their business requires them to regularly be present in Russia. Even if they are families with children, they often do not need a country residence that requires additional staff to maintain. According to him, the location for the project was chosen intentionally. "Barvikha is a unique place with impeccable ecology and a special atmosphere. Many still refer to it as the 'Switzerland of Moscow Region'. As a result, every weekend turns into a small vacation in nature, and to find yourself in your own park, you just need to take a step from the terrace," he adds.

Previously, Yuri Grigoryan has created the most iconic objects on Rublevo-Uspenskoye Highway and Ostozhenka. In particular, his bureau developed the project for the Barvikha Luxury Village shopping village, and in 2004 created the small settlement "Gorki-21" in Gorki, consisting of only 25 houses. In ten years, there were only two re-sales in this settlement, indicating the incredible success of the project. Yuri Grigoryan's new project is also laconic in terms of design, like his other objects, including the famous "Milk, 1" house in the "Golden Mile" area.

Vladimir Shulga, project manager of LEVEL Barvikha Residence, LLC "MasterStroy," comments: "We started working on the current concept of the project a year ago and made changes as we analyzed buyer preferences. For example, we gave up larger apartments (200 sq. m) in favor of increasing the number of lots with smaller areas (from 53 to 170 sq. m). However, there are now a number of technological solutions that allow for an increase in area up to 280 sq. m by combining adjacent apartments, as well as the possibility of acquiring duplexes. We have added wood-burning fireplaces to each apartment to create a cozy country atmosphere. The architecture of the building, the facades, and common areas have also changed."

Kalinka Group and Knight Frank have been appointed as co-exclusive agents for the sale of the premium country complex LEVEL Barvikha Residence. The project is being implemented with financial support from Globexbank JSC (a subsidiary of Vnesheconombank).
