Dream of a businessman: 7 new apartment complexes

In 2013, the Moscow market of luxury new buildings was enriched by seven projects that can be classified as apartment complexes. These include the complexes "Golden Mile Private residence", "IQ Quarter", "Mon Cher", "St. Nicholas", "Turandot Residences", "Beijing Gardens", and "U Patriarshikh". The six-story building is planned to accommodate 14 apartments ranging in size from 134 to 400 square meters, including 2 penthouses with pools and terraces.
