- Industrial/loft style
Characterized by the presence of surfaces made of raw materials - concrete, brick, metal, glass. The rooms are characterized by large windows with glazing and high ceilings. Furniture is made of materials such as metal, solid wood, and stone.

For the CLOUD NINE apartments (9, Bolshaya Polyanka str.), Italian designer Massimo Gino has developed a project of cozy interiors in a graphic and concise style. All design, from furniture to decor elements, is built on the contrast between industrial motifs and classic elegance.
Especially impressive in the loft style are dual-light spaces, lightened by large "floor-to-ceiling" windows, as in the "Bolshevik" apartments (16, Leningradsky Prospekt), located on the territory of the former confectionery factory.
- Art Deco
From geometric patterns and contrasting colors with bright accents, you can easily recognize the elegant and infinitely elegant art deco style. The favorite style of Hollywood stars and wealthy Russians is presented in the complex of elite apartments "Residence Tverskaya" (6, 2-Brestskaya str.). The interiors of penthouses with a transparent roof are filled with mirrors, lacquered surfaces, and decorated with decorative panels.
- Minimalism/Eco style
Gaining increasing popularity in Russia, the practical and modern minimalist style is characterized by simple forms, abundance of light, and minimal decor. This style allows for maximum efficiency and ergonomics in utilizing space, which is especially important for small spaces.
In the business-class residential complex "PRIME TIME" (Viktorenko St., 11), there are convenient and functional apartments in three stylistic solutions named after world capitals: New York, Stockholm, and London. The minimalist interior with simple furniture, calm color palette, and a large amount of wood creates a light and spacious atmosphere.
In each of the 13 apartments in the MOSS APARTMETS club house (Krivokoleny Lane, 10/4), there is luxury-class finishing in an eco-minimalist style. Brushed engineered oak flooring, built-in closets with wooden panels, slate and patterned marble finishes in the bathrooms create a strict and very stylish interior.
- Modern Classic
An exemplary style that demonstrates the impeccable taste of the owner. These interiors never go out of style and are always relevant. Here, it is important to follow strict rules and canons, such as maintaining or creating symmetry in the space, observing proportions when planning the placement of decorative molding, and selecting the right shades for walls, floors, and ceilings.
In the BARKLI GALLERY club house (Ordynsky Lane, 6), the developer offers luxurious apartments with finishes in one of two options: CLASSIC BLISS and AMBER DECO. Chevron parquet with an exquisite "Versailles square" pattern, high cornices and baseboards, abundant decorative molding, and mirrors enhance the furniture and decor items. The French balconies and ivory-colored walls add sophistication to the space.
The de luxe-class project "House on Khlebny" (Khlebny Lane, 19) also features apartments with finishes in a classic style. Paneled doors, herringbone parquet installation, and noble light-gray walls blend together to create a stylish, yet modern and current interior.
- Fusion
Originating in the Philippines in the late 1980s, the fusion style quickly gained popularity, largely due to the fact that it has no strict rules. It welcomes the combination of elements that don't traditionally go together, a riot of colors, and grotesque forms. It is believed that the fusion style carries positive energy.
For the "Dykhaniye" residential building (Dmitrovskoye Highway, building 13), the ironic and provocative designer Philippe Starck created a vibrant and cheerful lobby. Energetic lime-colored accents, contrasting furniture, and wooden panel finishes on the walls, floors, and ceiling create a special mood. It is believed that interiors decorated in this style bring luck to their owners.
