The Kalinka ecosystem announces new personnel appointments. The sales division at Kalinka Middle East is now headed by Robert McDowell, a leading market expert. Robert has 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, with 13 years specifically in the UAE market. He also owns his own company in Belfast.

In the Turkish division of the company, Emre Akinji has been appointed as Sales Director. Emre is an expert with over 15 years of experience in large-scale sales organizations, and he is the founder of M2 Real Estate and M2 Design companies.

Kalinka Middle East has been operating in Dubai since 2022 and has quickly gained a significant market share, becoming one of the top real estate agencies in rankings among leading developers. Some of the company's largest deals include the sale of apartments in Ketura Resort Ritz Carlton for 13.8 million AED, Jouri Hills Signature Villa for 14.6 million AED, and Damac Bay by Cavalli for 9.5 million AED.

In March 2023, the international department for secondary real estate sales and the international department for off-plan sales were formed at Kalinka Middle East. The department's plans for the second quarter include the opening of new offices in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.

Currently, the company has also entered the markets of Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman, where more than 10 deals were concluded in the first month of operation for the sale of projects such as Address Residences Marassi Vista and Marooj Lanes.

The direction of Kalinka Turkiye was opened in 2022 and has already achieved high results. Currently, the company has offices in Istanbul, Alanya, and Bodrum and plans further expansion. In March of this year, a secondary real estate department was formed for the local audience.

"We highly value the potential of the Middle Eastern and Turkish markets, which is why we made a strategic decision for further expansion," said Ekaterina Rumyantseva, founder and CEO of the Kalinka ecosystem. "It is important to note that Russian Kalinka is serious and long-term on international markets, and such ambitious goals and tasks require strengthening our team."
