Depending on occupancy, investors will achieve a return on investment (ROI) of 8.5% with a conservative forecast and a return on investment of up to 15% with an optimistic forecast. We offer our investors a guaranteed minimum return on investment of 5% of the purchase price plus a minimum of 2% of the purchase price as wellness benefits based on the purchased apartment.
