The Marriott Residence, Al Barsha South, strategically located overlooking two of Dubai's most iconic buildings - Burj Al Arab and Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa. The project aims to create a peaceful sanctuary for residents, where they can escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The interior design of the building will be a cozy oasis with layers of green and beige tones and elegantly chosen details in the Arabesque style, characteristic of the locals. Warm, contemporary interiors with an emphasis on fabrics with natural textures are used in all public areas and living spaces, using raw yet luxurious materials such as wood, stone, and leather, selected for surface finishes and furniture. The overall interior design of the property is inherited from its neighbors: four world-class golf courses and two prestigious polo clubs.
