I expected a "glossy" presentation about luxury apartments, but got an honest breakdown of all the challenges in working with affluent clients. This turned out to be even more useful! Sometimes the lecture pace felt too fast, but detailed case studies made up for it. Overall, the course gave me confidence that I can work in this segment.

Of course, no course is perfect, and this one also has room for improvement. For example, I would have liked more examples of successful deals and case studies. But the main thing is that the training gave me a clear understanding of how to start working in the premium segment and avoid common mistakes.

To be honest, I didn't expect the training to be so practical. Lots of specific techniques that can be applied immediately. Though in some places I would have liked more information about legal nuances, but that's more of an individual request.
