Maslovo Park

"Maslovo Park" is a new club settlement with a park area and internal infrastructure facilities, located on Nikolinskaya Mountain, 25 km from Moscow. The settlement is designed in a cozy manner and consists of only 24 houses. Each house has its own unique design in the spirit of organic architecture by VForm Studio. The eco-friendly direction is also supported by the landscape, with preserved relic trees on the site, which hold the spirit of the ancient place. The main concept is to create a residential space that is unique in style, beauty, comfort, and safety. The settlement can be reached via Novorizhskoye, Ilyinskoye, and Rublevo-Uspenskoye highways. Entry into Maslovo Park is possible through the checkpoints organized from the village of Maslovo and from the 19th kilometer of Novorizhskoye highway. The road from Novorizhskoye highway has already been built, and work is underway to complete the road surface. The total area of the settlement is 4 hectares (2 hectares are allocated for residential houses, and another 2 hectares are leased for the forest). The plot sizes vary from 10 to 30 acres. Each property owner can additionally rent a part of the forest area. The settlement is located on the outskirts of a relic forest. The territory is provided with a high-level security system. The houses are connected to central engineering networks. The development plans include the creation of a park with an artificial lake, walking areas, and children's and sports playgrounds. Homeowners will have the opportunity to collectively decide on the construction of additional recreational areas and facilities. When creating the projects, architects have made every effort to make them as comfortable as possible, meeting modern requirements. The cottages have panoramic windows, designed fireplaces, and cozy terraces.
