House 292 m² — Никольское

The house is built in a half-timbered style using PREFAB technology. All structural elements were processed and painted in the workshop, and the walls were assembled in factory conditions. The floor beams are made of wooden I-beams measuring 360 mm (h). The roof is a flat dual-level design with an organized concealed drainage system. The roofing is made of PVC membrane.

It features glued laminated timber, larch facade, Pilkington glazing, a garage accommodating 2 cars, and an open parking space for 3 cars with heating, as well as a drainage system throughout the property.

Layout: master bedroom with a spacious bathroom, sauna with a panoramic (thermal) glazing unit, guest restroom with a shower, utility block, hall, living room combined with kitchen and dining area. The design project was prepared by a team of professionals from ARDI Architects.

Thanks to the elevated position of the house relative to neighboring settlements, the large panoramic window in the sauna (height 2.44 m, width 1.88 m) offers a stunning view of the forested areas. Access to the sauna is possible both from the street and from the hallway.
