Zoning and ergonomics are focused on maximizing the use of space, literally every surface without exception, while maintaining a sense of spaciousness and airiness.

The interior design of the villas at Hightone is inspired by tranquil tones and a combination of materials with advanced technologies. The main goal of the interior is not to distract attention from the splendid nature outside the window. Built-in appliance structures and countertops are made from renowned Burmese marble. Floors in common areas and the kitchen are also laid with marble, while bedroom floors are covered with durable and incredibly beautiful oak. It's worth noting the multi-level lighting system and full integration of the "Smart Home" system.

Each villa is equipped with built-in furniture that provides maximum functionality and convenience while preserving free space.
